Service Description
Virginia Law requires anyone under the age of 18 hold a VA Learners permit for at LEAST 9 MONTHS prior to receiving a VA driver’s license !!! This course consists of seven (7) 50-minute driving sessions and seven (7) 50-minute observation sessions, including a final road test.Once the student successfully demonstrates proficiency in each area, they will receive a temporary provisional license from PCDA and a hard copy of their Driver’s License will be provided through the DMV. Teens 17 years or younger, to be accepted in the Behind the Wheel program you must have: - Held permit for at least 7 months - Completed 36 fifty-minute periods of Drivers ed classroom course (30 hours Online) - Have DEC-1 (drivers ed completion certificate) - Have driven at least 35 hours - Parent permission Form/ service contract
